I had a similar problem when I joined the VR Discord about a year ago. At that time, Discord accepted an app named Authy for 2 factor authentication. I've never had a problem since. The Authy website page with info about use with Discord is here: https://authy.com/guides/discord/

Yes. You can submit a ticket to Support asking this question. They have a record of every pledge made. Be sure to include your forum name and the email address associated with your forum account IN THE TICKET (don't post that info on the forums).
