The only thing i can think of that somewhat come close would be, hate to say it....Black desert online remastered...the details in that game pass AAA especially character animation for wither it be for fighting, crafting, idle, fishing, etc it very fluid and life like. npc being alive not so much but there are some
PS: There a cash shop pop-up that take up 98% of your screen when you log into the game EVERY LOGIN.
waiting on Pantheon all my other game just cant meh....that 30hr session we had was very refreshing to old school mmo! Please do another 30+ session again every month or every week!!
