My favorite Pantheon (or any RPG race) is elven, unfortunately I haven't seen Pantheon elves "stand out"
It's still early in development, hopefully this will change.

Halflings are my second. I like the wildling idea and look. Very Hook movie, lost kids/80's children gone feral (like the kid in Lost Boys.)
yeeeeessssss. let us recite our code.
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.
Iksar... oh wait they aren't here. I wish we had better lizard races in games. They are my favorite race in any MMO so far.
Halflings and Gnomes look to be the most interesting to me so far.

Elves ( what else is there ? ) . I jest all sound great but I perfer ones that look human without playing a Human :)
Definitely Dwarves . In MMORPGs I care much more about the race than the class . Class only defines how somebody fights but race defines what a specific community is so that it is much more immersive . Dwarves in Lotro and EQ represented exactly the cultural traits that I like and I hope that Pantheon's Dwarves won't be much different .
Sofar the Dwarven lore , history , God and culture seem to me the most consistent and believable in the whole Terminus (actually even beyond) so that I would like to live among them .
Far second would be the elves but I don't really like their graphics and can't say that I am enthousiastic about their culture as it is presented in Pantheon . But my first alt will probably be an elf just to see how they live and whether their culture makes sense compared to how I have always felt what "elvishness" should mean .
These halflings are my babes, in how they're described, the aesthetic of Sorhiryth, and their subversion of the very thing that was supposed to exterminate them. All inspiring to me for character creation. Makes me so interested in roleplaying that I'm in danger of never leaving Wild's End.
