The server selection process for me is simply to make sure it is a North American Region server. I may have one RL friend join me for Pantheon so I will simply tell him to join whatever server I end up choosing. Back when I first started EverQuest I had read the instruction manual first and chose my server based upon the diety Mithaniel Marr since I was going to make a paladin who followed that god, looking back that was a silly way to choose a server but hey whatever it worked.
I have noticed that the most high population servers do tend to have cool names, or be named after edgy characters. Keep that in mind if you want some low pop servers VR, just give those servers the stupidest names you can come up with.
I’m a retired Central time zone guy. I’m looking for a Family/casual RP guild that wants to mostly group up a lot and raid some maybe once week. I’ve had some luck playing with European servers as their nights match up with my afternoons. I dont have any RL friends that like to game, so I’m looking to meet a good guild.
Must be NA, EST, PvE and well populated. Sometimes I care about the name, but that's for my own vanity purposes, lol.
