Ok so what would you like to see lets start with #1 standard boss aka non guild raid  would you like  some to take 2 teams to do and away to do and a way to do set up a mini raid group with chat ?

If a boss takes 2 teams would you like them to be a random spawn or a quest mob?

Raid boss what would you like there?  planer or mega deep down dungeon crawls, or a normal dungoen that requires you to do something special to gain excess to the boss. like   haveing to keep 2 rooms  cleared and have to time  it and push a button in those rooms at the same time to get door open? Or possible only a specific class can open the  door? Or that you need a quest.

Would you like a random big bosses to spawn in the open world.   A lock jaw type of mini boss that  spawn's in random newbe areas and kill people on site?

What are some skills on bosses would u like to see?  Maybe at 25% they shatter and u end up with pinte size tuff to kill bosses that need a tank for each? Would you  do a raid a boss  just for some supper nice bag of holding?

    Holy crap, Raidil.

I never play grammar Nazi on forums, but your post is barely intelligible.   If you want a response, make a little effort and edit what you write before posting.

I'm epic failing at trying to figure out what you're asking or proposing.

Not trying to be mean-spirited here.   Comment is left with the best intentions and hopes that you can do a quick edit and reveal your message intent.

Much better.  Let me take a stab at a reply.

I'm really hoping there will be an assortment of bosses and mini-bosses which will require anywhere from a full group on up to full raids, whatever size that may end up being.   I suspect there will be bosses where two groups is a good raid size.  This caters towards small guilds and also to pick up events.  They've said we're going to have tools for putting pickup groups together.  I'm sure that could be used for raids, even if that's not the primary intent.

I think variety in the bosses and mini-bosses is the way to go.  Some in deep dark dungeons, some in planar type zones and some that just free-roam the open world.   I don't have a problem with placing mobs in zones which are above the average player level.   That just keeps people on their toes.   Lockjaw did that in Oasis.  Hill giants, griffons and werewolves did it the Karanas.   If a zone is full of level 20 people and all the mobs are level 20, it's boring and is just a grind fest.

I like your idea of a boss that fractures and forces a raid to tank the pieces.   I can see something like a crystalline golem breaking apart and working just like that.

I'd do a raid boss regardless of loot if it was fun.  I'd do it multiple times if the encounter changed and wasn't the same every try.  That would improve the replay factor.   I'd like to think that if we beat a mob once, then go back and do exactly the same thing with the same amount of firepower, we're not guaranteed the exact same strategy will work.  The bosses need to have some variance in their defence and attack.  Supposedly the Pantheon bosses are going to be more responsive to things like raid size and possibly the makeup of the party members, etc.

If the mob is both fun and has some decent loot, I can see myself going back to that encounter over and over to help outfit friends and guild mates.

I'm for all the above when it comes to bosses and raids. I would be happy to see each experience far different from the other with each requiring their own unique challenges. VR needs to find a really creative person, lock them in a room with a pile of notepads, spike his or her coffee, and let the creativity flow.

Also I would like to see better use of the environment as part of the boss fight rather than something pretty to look at. Say they're about to use a devastating eye beam, run and hide behind a pillar. The room is about to fill up with cursed fire requiring everyone to make a run for the pool of water that has to be blessed by a cleric. Etc, etc, stuff like that.

i'd love raid bosses underwater content with underwater dungeons where we'd need a breathing spell cast on us, with small grottos where we could breath "fresh" air. you know like plane of water or kedge keep dungeon.. i'd love lot of those.

i'd also like gods raids bosses in huge temples like with deadly encounters all the way to them.

i hope raids will require 50+ people and not 2-3  poor groups of 10 people like in those "modern" fast food mmorpgs. i want epic raids, epic in numbers of required people, epic in stragegy (cause yes you can have strategy even with 50+ people), i want a huge and bound guild community who face the danger together.
