it's probably too early to tell, but i loved how long it took in everquest 1 to be max level, it took me months to be max level on most of my characters, playing like 4 hours a day, and i really loved it.
i also loved the "hell" level like level 56, 58 or something like that for which we needed a LOT more exp to reach next level, and of course i loved the fact we lost exp when dieing, and the famous corpse runs, sometimes across many dangerous zones, running naked (but that's another subject).
with todays mmorpgs, it takes only a few days, max 2 weeks to be max level and then we stuck doing the same stuff over and over again, or doing a new toon for almost the same content.
so, i'm wondering if in Pantheon we will have a real long and deep experience progression or not ? i really hope we do, i'd be very disappointed otherwise.
Imho, the world should be designed with slow experience progression in mind among many others things, not the other way around, reach max level should be a real achievement of dedication, something we can be proud of.
your thoughts on that topic fellow players ?
