I love it when I can tell people making the game had/have a blast and want us to smile, laugh, contemplate something etc. It breaks immersion in a to me good way, it makes me feel connected to other human beings and their wonderful and hilarious intentions.
I hate cringing tho. Worst feeling in the world, it physically hurts! I draw the line somewhere before that happens :D.
