I like "Welcome Home" too....
I was going to make a funny/sarcastic suggestion like "We won't screw your world up like they did!"
But some brainstorming ides:
"This is YOUR world"
"More than a game"
"The real real world"
"Back where you belong"
"Life is hard. This is harder."
"You're in YOUR world, now" (twist on the original)
"Your forever home" (twist on pet adoption)
Welcome back to our world!
But nothing like the original, it's refreshing :)
"We've been expecting you..."
"What took you so long"?
"Rise from the ashes of mediocrity" as a play on it's name "rise of the fallen"
"Orc train, now boarding"
"Planes, Trains, and auto mobiles" (mob is short for mobile*)

I'm thinking you want something that speaks to the EQ/VG/FF vets but also grabs new players, is impactful like the old tagline, and brings a sense of return to classic fantasy RPGs in a modern light. I got nothing of that sort, sorry. How about these instead?
Forge your own path in our world.
Adventure awaits. (That sounds familiar)
Lose yourself in our world.
I dunno. :)

"Welcome Home" is good, but that is Fallout 4's slogan already. Maybe add a little to it to make it unique:
"Challenge, Community, Adventure; Welcome Home."

Besides being one of my favorite lines from EQ, this would have double meaning as alluding to the present games that have ruined the mmo landscape! But I know it was just in jest c(:
