Sure - for Slimes and Gelatinous Cubes and ogre bellies.
Fallout 4, as much as I love it, is riddled with jiggly corpses that unnaturally respond to their new environment. It's hilarious but annoying at the same time. My wife would say stuff like "Shoot him! He's still moving!" and I'd have to launch into physics engines 101.
I would vote for a variety of pre-programmed death animations with a smooth start and finish.

I think "jiggly" physics as they stand are kind of weird. When parts of the character wobble like jello its done wrong :P
There are a few area's on a PC/NPC [Such as belly/breast] that in all honesty should have some jiggle physics to be realistic, but need to be done tastefully. If there is an option to add weight to a character I think it should "TASTEFULY" add to their "jigglyness". :P
edit: if OP meant ragdoll physics, then "jiggly" was wildy misleading :P I dont think ragdoll physics as they are should be in an mmo, they take more away from realism than they add I think. Though they can be hilarious xP

honestly i think there are better things to spend dev time on than jiggles. yeah it'd be nice if body physics were totally realistic, but that is just an extra. if the op was referring to jiggly boobs then all i can say is that i feel a trip to the closest red light district would be beneficial for everyone who thinks jiggly boobs are the number 1 priority for a game.

Lol I'd like the OP to explain a little, but the interpretations are interesting...
Re: Boobies *rolls eyes* There no harm in a boob or two (two is best I suppose) but I hope the art direction isn't quite Conan-style.
Re: Rag-doll physics. Hmm. Interesting, but I think not really. A bit over-the-top.
There I didn't say "jiggly".
Oh damn.
