That Paper Doll layout is just a place holder for when a better UI comes along. I would much more prefer an anatomical Paper Doll (or exploded view).
Head
Neck
Shoulder Shoulder
Arm Chest Arm
Waist
Wrist Wrist
Hand Legs Hand
etc...
