I like how EQ did it on class armor such as Tolans or Jaundices Armor; I played many classes but two of my favorites were my Ranger and Shaman. Once I obtained the Tolans Bracer for my Ranger I never had to worry about running out of Arrows in early EQ, but the game changer for me was the Jaundiced Bone Bracer for my Shaman. It freed up a slot from my spell bar but also offered me a DD that was mana free with an 8 sec recast. I think all classes in Pantheon should have class armor that has a spell or ability that is inherent to the class, but requires a reasonable recast timer.
