Enforced naming policies

I am sure this will not be a very popular subject, but are the developers planning on an enforceable naming policy?

I would love to play an online game and not see 20 different variations of Bruenor, Drizzt, Cattie-Brie, Wulfgar, Legolas, etc running around.

While we are at it, eliminate those who add an X before, after, or both to their names to get what they want. (XLegolasX)

Would be great if someone could spend some time creating a database of these names to block.

For me, a name is like a business card.  If a player can't take the time to come up with something original, I really can't be bothered with them.

While I am on the subject of names.  If a policy is introduced and enforced, will it be included on roleplay servers, or server wide??
