The new plans for paladins are not to bad but there are some major issues when talking to the community of paladin players. First, why no heavy plate or tower shields for paladins? Will it be a option to pick up if you go down the tank mastery? Most impressions of a paladins is a massive armored tank with a huge shield that has divine magic. The oaths paladins get should be like hymns they should have there own bar that way paladins are not holding 2 or even 3 oaths on there task bar. Change our tech task bar abilities back to str/wis making it dex based to hit harder makes no sense. Along with wrathful aegis it should be str/wis for threat and damage, it is a spell why would dex increase its damage. Fix the UI for wrathful aegis cause it still has the old stat indicator str/wis when it is purely dex. Righteous flame looks like a alright change however its UI is also misleading and is not based of con but instead it wis. This is misleading to players and has not be reported cause we like that it works off wisdom instead. Last main issue is with LOH. For a 30 min timer this should have its own task bar, and should be able to target undead with it to, hitting them with a massive heal which should hurt them instead of healing or heck even make it a aura that if your within 2 meters of the paladin it heals them for a small amount. The first reworking was very good then nerfs came and they are alright now. Each class should be focusing on 3-4 primary stats don't make it where we have to focus on 5. Atm paladins need str/stam/dex/wis/cha. I make it work but I have bis pretty much everything if I was able to focus on 4 stats instead of 5 I could swing more heavily into tank/off-tank/off-heals which allows for more party collaboration. I'm excited to finally get our battle rez, atone. been a long time coming.
