  I die about 1 in 4 times climbing this ladder. When you get to the top of the ladder, you get a falling sequence, and show up at your bind point. My last time was as I went to get my level 5 spell/trait, and since I am 5, I lost exp. Not the worse.
  
  However, my body is lost somewhere...
  
  Could this be looked into please?

  That sounds like a bug, have you reported it as such?

  I assume you know that you can ask a Summoner to get your corpse for you, have you tried - does it work for you?

  Toon was too young to try and get a summoner to Wilds End. I just read re-created the toon. I have had good luck in AVP finding a helpful summoner.

  Just went and tried it with my 16 Ranger. Defiantly a bug, reach the top of the ladder and get the falling sequence just as Bones13 describes fell taking 279dmg....

  My new Druid will bank his gear before climbing that ladder.

  Location is right at the top of the ladder, had to reclimb the ladder to drag my corpse down to loot (wasn't going back up)

   

  Also, sounds like Jothany has you covered on Stormona, I'm on Havensong and could offer the same service.
