Added class icon to entries in the characters list in character select.

> Fixed an issue that was causing trades to fail.
> Fixed an issue with Dragonfire Bomb where it was damaging other players.
> Fixed an issue where /stuck was allowing players to return to where they had died after releasing/returning to bind.
Items
> Visuals for Crescent Fang armor (for monks) have been updated.
> The first parts of the Empowered Ghaldassii Necklace quest line are available, but as a result of "Whisper Beneath the Web"
currently being unable to be completed, the boon will remain on the original necklace.
