I´m Wizard (lvl 12) and the same thing happens to me. I understand that Pantheon is a difficult and demanding game, but I find it absurd to put such difficult requirements to be able to make a simple Tier 2 robe. If they put it at higher levels, I could understand it, but at lower levels it is really unnecessary in my opinion. This only serves to frustrate the player.
Buy from other players... Good luck if you find one...
