Since the patch on 11/23/24 it seems like stealth isn't working anymore. I can't sneak up on a green anymore. Also, does concealment work for stealth or at all? In my "tests" I don't see a difference with or without +8 concealment gear. Since I started playing the rogue, I've had a hard DPS nerf, a hard CC nerf, stealth doesn't seem to work anymore. I hope some of these changes were not completely intended. Has anyone else seen a problem using stealth since the last patch?
