The ones I know that work so are:
%t -for a mob, %dt -for a player, /assist /use -for your bottom hot bar (use what ever number the spell is that you want to cast)
Not tried anymore yet, was going to try a few more tonight. /fol or /follow isn't there.
So to make a macro to cast a spell such as a healing spell, mine looks like this:
/use 2
/g casting a Heal over Time to %dt
/Sit
I have just made separate macro button for each spell I want set up like this atm. I haven't tried putting a pause in and then another spell cast on the same macro.
/wait # lets you pause between commands in a macro ( I haven't used it, not sure whether it waits seconds, microseconds or whatever) you have to use it to wait out the cooldown of your first ability before you can use a second one in order to use 2 abilities in one macro
/assist playername works, doesn't yet work with /assist %dt
/time gives you the hour in Terminus time
/utility # lets you use abilities in your utility bar, same as /use # does for abilities bar *remember first slot in both is slot 0
/stuck sends you to your starter area or bind point
/say xyz speaks in open chat, /g xyz speaks text in group chat
/camp will log you out
