My belief - without having a solid quote to point at - is that getting Bard done is fairly high priority to VR, except that getting EA running smooth without major bugs is likely their highest priority and as far as I can tell, getting the rest of the Races done is higher priority than getting the rest of the Classes. Which seems reasonable from what little I understand about development of the game. Id sure love to see it arrive, I really enjoyed my Vanguard Bard. If it's as good, Panth Bard could become my favorite Class.
