This website is a mix of some new stuff and a lot of old stuff. I don't know any way to tell how recently the Paladin page has been updated, so unless a Dev responds, it's a big... maybe.
Have you looked at the all the scrolls available on the vendor in your starting area? I know DL has abilites available up to level 20, but DL has been in game much longer than Pally or Warrior.
Kind of like the cleric weapon use on the website but in game slashing ability with axe is there...
