For AI you need alot of computing power, atm and probably in the next years you only get that from graphic cards. Without the newest graphic card youll probably have not enough computing power to use AI beside the game. Unless you use current technology like DLSS which renders a smaller resolution and upscale it with AI, making the game run alot faster (but not looking better). Similar you could train an AI to make a mediocre looking game look better but that would need alot of extra GPU power, especially for real time.
Maybe in 5 years we have a CPU, a GPU and an AIU (for all the AI stuff) in our PC's because there is a limit on how big and how hot GPU's can or should get. Youll never need a heater, just turn on your PC.
Hello
It's exciting to consider AI's potential in gaming. Beyond graphics changes and moderation, AI could enhance Pantheon in various ways. For example, adaptive storytelling could tailor storylines based on player choices, while smarter NPC interactions would offer more natural responses. Additionally, procedural content generation could create AI-driven quests and regions for endless exploration.
