Do fragments on Terminus share air?

There is a ton of great info out there for all the fragment options going back years on climates and atmospheres, but one thing has eluded me.

Do the fragments share air bleeding into each other a bit or is it like stepping onto another planet? Will anerobic areas only be really high up or can you walk from a forest into a fragment with no atmosphere?

As a side note I hope the antigravity areas end up really insane... Like an Escher world of confusion.

I'd assume the climates meld together and impact the greater biome. I'm sure the God's are lazy and just drop a massive meteor onto the planet's surface like a moving company,"Yeah, here looks good."

@silky the gods feel more chaotic to me. This is my volcanic hellscape, none touches it!

I like the idea of a toxic river flowing out of a toxic biome and across a forest, but the soft zone lines the biome changes would create is pretty cool. The sudden shock of stepping from a warm building into a blizzard.

Confined spaces can be both toxic and anaerobic. Travel into a volcanic lava tube to beat on a fire demon and you might find yourself in a void of sulfuric gas depleted of oxygen. Bring your O2 tank, a cleric, or a coffin to pull you out when you die.

I don't think bring an O2 tank into a volcano is a very wise move lmao. Joking aside, I would think the scorching climate would also be a big factor in that scenario.
