In the November 2021 Producer’s Letter, VR listed a number of changes they’ve been working on for the combat system in Pantheon. This led to several articles on gaming journalism websites with titles like “Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen to Completely Overhaul Combat” or ”Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen Will Completely Change Combat.” So is this really a complete change in direction or just another case of journalism clickbait?
