So racially we see that Gnomes will get an increase to mana pool for every point of INT. Gnomes will have the biggest mana pools (or at least potential) of all races. Yeah yeah, that's meta baiting, but we all know people will look at it that way.
But elves get a boost to spell casting per point of wisdom. Ok... mana is fairly straightforward. Wts(smurf) does boost to spell casting mean? If it just getting the spell off, big whoop. But if it plays into mana efficiency, likelihood to do MOAR damage (hit harder) and crit, now that's a substantial difference. So what does the elven caster perk actually mean? Aaaaaaaand.... geaux!!!
