Pre Alpha questions

    So I am thinking of upgrading my pledge to the $1000 mark to get the pre-alpha access. Can anyone explain how that works? Is it only certain days you have access? Set times? Any info at all right now for it?

    I'm not in pre-A. so all I know is what I've read in past newsletters.

    There is NO continuously running server that you can log into at will. 

    pA. sessions are scheduled. Once the next round of test sessions get scheduled, you get an email telling you the time slots that are available. You decide which you want and tell VR. I have no idea if everyone gets the sessions they choose or if population is limited and you may have to take what slots are still available.

    VR asks for some amount of feedback on your experience, I have no idea of the details.

    There IS an NDA.

    I know a few people who are in pre alpha basically whenever VR has time for a session or need something testing then they set it up they normally announce it on social media that they're going to be doing one And you get a couple hours of play on the days that they have set up typically it's three days over a weekend and you're stuck in a time slot for that and it seems like the time slots have been typically three hours so that's about nine hours over the weekend

    You will need to contact customer support and they will help you upgrade your pledge.

    Testing is only available on certain scheduled days and during certain time frames. When you sign up you will be prompted to select your preferred testing times for these tests. Occasionally focus testing opportunities pop up. When they do instructions for sign-up will be shared in the official discord, which you will have access to when you upgrade.

    Pre-alpha is under NDA and anything witnessed during testing or discussed in the discord channel is subject to this NDA.

    Should you decide to upgrade and find yourself with more questions the VIP community is awesome and would be happy to answer any of your questions.

    We have an easy way to directly upgrade from this site without needing support. On the Pledge page, you have to scroll Aaaaaallllll the way to the bottom, and there you find an "upgrade" button.

    It has menu's for current AND past pledges to upgrade from. Once you confirm your old pledge and the one you want, you'll get a side by side list of what you had and what you will have after upgrading. As long as you make sure that nothing on the first list is missing on the second, you can go ahead and make the payment right from that page. Very Nice.

    Oops, I'm sorry, my bad! I didn't know they improved the upgrading process with the new site. Thanks for addressing this and providing clarification.

    I hadn't seen the 'new and improved' system until just this past week myself, or I'd have agreed with 'ask support'.
