What we know is there will likely not be any type of mini-map. I do think that for certain classes, like Rangers that can track, a mini-map makes sense. But absolutely not for other classes that do not having the ability to detect other enemies.
I have a feeling they will end up including some type of generic overworld map that gives you a vague idea of where you are. As of right now there is no map in the game that we know of.
