Three years today, May the 4'th trolling the Pantheon forums and following the development.
May the 13'th will be a one year pledged, supporting Pantheon and running Old School Crafters.
The time has flown by so quickly that before we know it, we will all be playing the game.
March 5, 2015 is my date, I missed the $1 lifetime sub cutoff by 8 days lol
Crap its been 4 years lol
Watched them from the original KS:

I think there has been 2 forums since then?
Anyway, I hope they can achieve the original goals, but I am always skeptical, always reserved...
VR has to earn their keep here, so we will see in the end.
Congrats Shyin! I've only got you beat by less than a week lol. It's great to have you in the community. And as excited as everyone is, I agree the time does fly when you look back on it :) I think that's important to remember. I think some day we will all cherish this development time.
Heh - I pledged in the KS, and when that failed, turned right around and pledged the day they opened pledges. BUT - I've just been peeking in and out since then. I'll most likely get much more serious about staying locked in on the game when it looks like the game isn't quite so far off. And it's not because I'm not interested in the game, it's the exact opposite. For whatever reason, keeping it a little bit outside of arms reach right now keeps my interest at an even keel.
Awesome!
Yep, I’ve been here a good and long while too. Pantheon is progressing well. VR needs to stay focused on its goals and remember what time has taught us. There will always be a very tiny minority of whiners on forums demanding changes that butcher & gut gameplay. As long as VR realizes the vast majority are not active forum whiners, then I believe we will be just fine (and it’s obviously to Pantheon’s benefit). If I’ve learned anything over the decades, it’s that the majority are either heavily engaged in the game (because they are very busy with game and enjoy it as is) or they just see forums as a complete waste of time. I know I find gameplay and riskvsreward to be much, much more interesting. The truth is - a tiny minority of forum hogs/whiners do not represent the bulk of a game nor do they represent the vast majority of the player base in the slightest. And the truth is - we’ve seen this since the ‘90s up to now.
That being said, GREAT WORK VR! :)
Well said Syrif. I think it's all about perpective. I pledged to the KS back in 2014. When that didn't work out, and VR was looking for investors, I just decided to let them do their thing and I would come back if things worked out. No animosity or frustration, just understanding that that it wasn't the right time to invest my energy. Well, here we are 5 years later and things are clearly on the right track. In my opinion, now is the time to re-engage and I am really excited from what I have seen both from VR and the community. Proud to be a part of it again! Cheers :)
I followed the forums on and off for years before pledging.
When I did it was partly to support the game and partly because I expected to get my money's worth just from the time spent being active on these forums. I figured whether the game itself would ever make it to release was quite uncertain.
I have never regretted it.
Development has not been as fast as I hoped - far from it. But the game hasn't died either and things look more promising now.
I also pledged the failed KS, then bought my pledge when they opened the pledges right afterward on the website. I played EQ from open beta till Wow came out. Loving my Advisors pledge, and hope they add some more “add ons” like they did last November. Some fluff items would help many of us put more $ in. I’m horrified of losing my original pledge status trying to upgrade my pledge itself.
