I had one as an Enchanter oh so many years ago...

"It puts the lotion on it's skin or else %t gets mezzed again"

I can't tell you how many groups simply stopped pulling etc. to remark on my choice of words...

“Gratz! (You have been MacroGratz’d(tm). Had this been an actual Gratz, it would have included your name and accomplishment).”

I will give two favorites that I often used, though one is more than a single line. The other makes up for it by being very short.

" ((insert name of mob)) you are too ugly to backstab. I can't tell your face from your arse!"

    "Surrender and die!!!"

If anyone mentions that the second doesn't really give a strong *incentive* to surrender I comment that a paladin told me long ago to always be honest.

When I realized that making an effort to learn languges could improve my grouping and game play when languages were a  thing:

    /introduce

    /pause 050

    /%M thinks %T is a %R

    *in emotes*

You intropduce yourself, hi there!...Manouk thinks soandso is a halfling

-then I would switch to halfling language. halflings and gnomes looked alike! and humans and barbarians, and wood elves and high elves, kinda.

    Druid train call:

Faster than a speeding bullet! Able to leap small mountains with a single Levitation spell! Look! Up in the air! It's a bird! It's a plane! No! It's a druid with a train! RUN!!!

    "inc %t"

I remember my first year playing EQ i didn't know about macros, and i would put on auto run while pulling as a slow Warrior while typing "inc."  In fact I would do this for 8 - 12 hours a day and became known as 'the warrior who only said inc' in my level range.

I had one that I liked that I would always do, and one that I liked that a former guild mate would do.

Me, when looking for group (paraphrased somewhat due to memory):
/Shout "World Famous* Magician, Looking for group!"
/OOC "* Magician may not actually be world famous.  Your mileage may vary.  Magician does not claim that you will become world famous by association, but they also don't claim that you won't."

And as I was in an Australian guild for a while...a guildie would, upon activation of Trueshot Discipline:

    /Shout "Mortal Wombat!"

It was, and remains, my favorite battle cry.

As an Enchanter frequently running from point A to point B (as we all did). I would run past magic user sitting and getting their mana back. Incidently, I put on a different illusion in every zone just to look like the locals. I would always buff the magic users with Breeze (or higher) and then hit my macro: "The Masked Breezer stikes again!" Typicly I got a Thank You! shouted back at me. It became a zone wide story once when I did this several times in *whatever zone the sarnak castle was in* and someone asked what level the Gilbrat was. It was funny, so my friends that were waiting for me started anwering the chat. This was just after I could pick a surname, and I had not decided on one. "What level is Gilbrat?" Cons even to me at *whatever level I was at the time*" Where is he? "At the Sarnak Casle back door" Is he alone? "No, has a cleric and a mage with him." That's too tough for me. "Anyone grouping to fight him?" I jump in - "Why do you want to fight me?" People all over the zone uproar in laughter.

Was a lot of fun, and it helped me to decide on my surname: Gilbrat Maskedbreezer.

So many fun memories in this game.
