All non-”lore artifact” Items should decay with use so that eventually they leave the economy. All non-”lore artifact” items can be duplicated by the appropriate crafting class with high enough skill and the right ingredients. There are no named items (just rare combinations of materials, quality and effects from known areas) other than “lore artifact”. Only “lore artifact” should be soul bound items and never should loose that flag.

I have played games like this, I have no desire to play them again. In fact, any game that has even hinted at such systems in the past, I don't even bother trying. The game becomes a very bland boring grind game of meaningless reward.
