Hi, just wanted to add my experience here. Was very confused when making my profile name when i pledged, so mad a name that I really didn't like. However, the Pantheon Customer Support team handled it in a professonal, and timely manner. just wanted to let them know how grateful I am for that. thanks again everyone, and keep up the good work.
Yes, I had an issue where i had to cancel my sub, i was paying $15 a month, and had to cancel because of income issues i was having (I had lost my job and was hospitalized for like 2 months) anyways, for some reason it didn't cancel correctly or something on their end, they wound up refunding me a little bit and made sure it was all cancelled for that time correctly. It was a very quick response when I wasn't even expecting one, i was thinking 2 or 3 days, but instead it was 2 or 3 hours. Hope this CS stays on their game for launch!
