Will the Cleric and Shaman Classes page get updates and formatting similar to the way the new Monk, Ranger and Rogue page set up is?

Yes of course! In time they will all get that awesome update!
I believe in a recent stream they said they'd like to do an archetype per month for the next few months. They just did martial dps, so now they have to do arcane dps, healers, tanks.
