I didnt find this on a search, so...
Has there been any thoughts on how people will be put on servers? Auto placement(ick)? Regionally restricted? Or servers open for all?
I ask because I belong in a group of gamers that spans the world and it would be a shame if we were seperated because the servers only allow people to play with other people from their region. I see the benefit of keeping people regionally, but it doesn't fit all groups.
