Beyond that, these forums are slow. If you don't get an answer, the next step would be to post the question on Panth's Discord. There are Class specific channels, the Enchanter channel would probably get the quickest answer.

It's fairly active, you can just scroll down thru it to see if any threads looks like they're addressing your issue. If not, you can start a new one with the question you posted above, and see what responses you get.
