At the top of this page: https://seforums.pantheonmmo.com/content/forums you can click Settings and it will show the plan you are currently "subscribed" to.
In general, here's how the old pledges converted to new, based on your development phase access:
Pre-Alpha access = VIP access
Alpha access = Champion access
Beta access = Supporter access

If nothing else, you can put in a support ticket here: https://seforums.pantheonmmo.com/support/ and they will get you sorted out.

That's because all upgrades are processed manually by the Support people.
On the Pledge page it says "Access to the game may take up to the following business week to process." It doesn't usually take that long, but it's not instant. Particularly on a weekend.
