My vote goes to the stream from march 4 2021 where you could follow the different players/classes from their (class)perspective.
There are some more older ones from before the redoing with the same "pick your class to view", but i like this one best.

+1 to March 4 stream from all of the different perspectives. It was great to rewatch it from each player and see the different classes. It also was nice to see open exploration from players new to the environment. It was a great showcase of the game and gave it a good group feel.
The June 3rd stream was also great just to see the progress they've made with a new system.
I enjoyed those with 'real players' and multiple perspectives, but I also would like VR to do more 'expert' streams that have a scripted, concise, but info-dense 'presentation' format.
It's great to see players 'discover', but it's frustrating to see players when they clearly miss stuff or don't really showcase as much as they could.
