If you submitted a ticket over the weekend, it's likely to take a couple days for them to respond. They're a small team. Even moreso when the subject is financial, since banks are closed on weekends.
I just upgraded my pledge last Saturday, but I didn't get a response or see it show up in my forum profile until late this morning.
