As a disclaimer, this is obviously just for fun but we love Ashes of Creation and the guys and girls over there and wish them all the best, we want both titles to succeed, we just also want everyone in the world to know about Pantheon and hear us and our community roar!!
If someone picks AoC, they're objectively wrong :')
Done. Now move it, foum dwellers. We're down 13%.
While I would love to see Pantheon win this fight, I think the truth of the matter is that Ashes of Creation is seen as being closer to release. Hype builds for games as they progress through alpha, beta and so on. With that hype comes higher anticipation. It's not all that surprising to see AoC, a game saying they're in alpha, more highly anticipated than Pantheon, a game saying they're in pre-alpha.
I'd hype it if Pantheon were going to be released in 2021. Oh, and I'd need a Twitter account. /shudder

Im in the same boat :( No twitter, unfortunately.
Darch said:Same, and there's no real reason to hype a game that I don't know is even going to release any time soon (if at all) over a game that is actually releasing.
Well there kind of is. If you can aid in increasing more awareness of this upcoming game. More people might be inclined to back this project. Low budget backers perhaps, but if big wallets notice that this game is getting a big crowd, they will consider funding this game for a bigger amount and see potential commercial value in it. Your efforts will attract two types of funds.
This will get more funds in and will possibly speed things up and/or produce more qualitative results at the end of the line.
So you'ld actually do a very good thing to support the game in this way.
But that's my view on things.
