  What does this entail?

  It's not completely clear yet, it could be a convenient area with merchants, tradeskill areas and an inn all close together. 
  There could be one per city or it could be a single magical location that founders can journey to from anywhere.

  @Ezrael  I like to think "intel" was intentional. It's kinda like a pun. Double meaning.

  The intel on the entailment is not yet there. Short answer is we have no idea. Long answer is VR has no idea and won't until at least alpha and maybe beta when things get more fleshed out.
