  Where are the localized forums ?

  Do you mean the VIP forums? Otherwise, what do you mean by 'localized forums'?

  They have been removed due to being empty or lack of use. We may bring them back later down the track if enough people are interested.

  He meant the sub forums for other languages, I imagine they would return when things get closer to launch.

  I remember them now that you point it out, but not being lucky enough to be bi-lingual I have only visited them once or twice.
