We all have been waiting for entry into this awesome looking game and while I don't mind the wait. After all you are trying to make it work right out of the gate, I get that. Is there any way you could give us a sandbox? Just something to play with. Something similar to LandMark in the respect we have a small area to explore and test. Just a thought/suggestion. Ok, going away now. :)

While PF is certainly going to be our flagship demo/testing zone there will be at least another Pre-Alpha before we get into the Alpha phase so please understand that it may be a little while yet but that it is coming and will be worth the wait :)

That is what our testing server is for my friend! I know that isn't the answer you wanted and I know it sucks waiting but it will be worth it, I promise :)

I should probably know better than to ask this but darn my impulse control. lol Any word on when that next phase of pre-alpha will begin?
At least one more pre-alpha. Let us all hope for alpha early in 2020 because hoping for anything sooner will just generate disappointment.
Kilsin - I agree with your reply to Stargem's suggestion of a sandbox as of now. While we are still in pre-alpha.
But let us move our thoughts ahead to the middle or end of alpha. If keeping a server up is cheap and easy as I think VR has indicated, perhaps VR can do what some development companies have done (or at least promised I didn't stick around to see if they did it). Keep alpha up as a sandbox for people to play in.
No patches, no bug fixes (though letting us report bugs could still be useful), no active work on the thing. Just letting it sit there until beta or even beyond.
Since no current pledge level includes access to an "alpha sandbox" this could be included in some of the new pledge levels as well as a la carte if you adopt such a system as you are considering.
Benefits to VR - some extra income, maybe even more than the cost. Extra time to get bug reports some of which will perhaps have been missed during the official alpha testing process.
