Divinity Original Sin 2 Teleportation

    As a fan of the DoS series, I am wondering if there will be a teleportation spell in Pantheon that acts similiarly to DoSII.  

    For those unfamiliar with DoSII, the spell takes a person/object and teleports them to another location in the air and drops them.  The drop causes damage and if the object is living, places them in the prone position. 

    This is used to help mitigate damage from a second enemy for a few moments, or allows the caster to get a teammate over to an area that is unreachable by foot.  

    It has been used to help save a tank who is about to die by teleporting them out of harms way (hoping the fall damage doesn't kill them).

     

    Since Wizards are masters of Teleportation, it would be fun to see this in Pantheon.  Additional damage plus some limited crowd control.  

    Perhaps if a Rogue is targeted and dropped onto the enemy the fall damage is absorbed by the enemy and the Rogue can cause additional fall damage by landing with their daggers deep into the enemy's back, neck, or head.

    That would add some great synergy between classes. DoS 1 and 2 had some great gameplay elements. 

    However, being able to also teleport or blink mobs could become a very fun alternative form of CC.
